Education

After college, I started out in Level 1 IT support, learning the basics and helping people solve their tech issues. I later joined a Fortune 500 company, handling local in-office support and tackling more complex challenges. While there, I discovered my passion for cyber security, which led me to my current role as a Security Analyst for a school district, where I help keep systems and data secure.

Graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and a minor in Information Assurance. Go Bearkats!

To take a break from constantly being in front of a computer, I enjoy going fishing and firing up my pellet grill to smoke some delicious meat.

Projects

On my project page, you’ll find a variety of platforms like TryHackMe, HackTheBox, and Let’s Defend. I’ll do my best to link each box or challenge I’m working on at the top of the page for easy reference. While I’m currently in a blue team role, I’m interested by all things cyber security. You’ll find red team walkthroughs, as well as experiments inspired by random tutorials and ideas I come across on YouTube, all aimed at helping me gain hands-on experience.
